Clients requiring bulding services and material can access it for free on the smartbuild platform. This service will make it easy for clients to get a number of quotations to compare and select a contractor best suited for their project with so much ease. Smartbuild platform makes it easier for the client to manage their project.

Smartbuild was made specifically for people based out of Zimbabwe and want to undertake a building project.By Using Smartbuild marketplace, one can get contractors and building material suppliers remotely and paying directly to the contractors and suppliers, this minimise the risk of being short changed by friends or relatives. The only thing you may need is probably someone to just supervise.

Smartbuild also offers Project Management services , where the client selects their contractors and purchase the material, Smartbuild will do the rest from daily monitoring, progress updates, ensuring efficient material usage, facilitating of inspector bookings etc. The Project Management team will be led by the Project Engineer.
